What's the difference between Microsoft Teams Phone and a traditional phone system?
A traditional system relies on on-premises hardware (a PBX) and fixed desk phones. Teams Phone is cloud-based calling built into Microsoft 365: staff make and take business calls from the Teams app on any device, there is no hardware to maintain, and it scales instantly as you add people.
Does the phone system scale as we grow?

Do we need special hardware to use it?
