Frequently asked questions

What types of business internet do you provide?

We supply the full range of business connectivity: full-fibre FTTP, dedicated leased lines, broadband, resilient failover circuits and managed Wi-Fi, all matched to the speed, reliability and budget your site needs.

What's the difference between FTTP and a leased line?

FTTP is fast full-fibre broadband where bandwidth is shared with other users in the area, which is excellent value for most offices. A leased line is a dedicated connection used only by your business, with guaranteed symmetric speeds (the same up and down) and a strict service-level agreement. Leased lines cost more but suit businesses that depend heavily on cloud services or need guaranteed performance.

Can you provide a backup connection if our internet goes down?

Yes. We design resilient connectivity with automatic failover, so if your primary line drops, traffic switches to a secondary connection and your team stays online, which matters for cloud-based phone systems and Microsoft 365.

How long does installation take?

It depends on the circuit. Broadband and FTTP are usually provisioned within a few weeks, while dedicated leased lines have a longer lead time as the line is physically installed to your premises. We confirm expected timescales before you order and manage the install end to end.

Do you manage the Wi-Fi inside our premises too?

Yes. Beyond the incoming connection, we design and manage business Wi-Fi that gives reliable, secure coverage across your premises, so the performance of your line is not lost at the last few metres.
